For over 29 years, Mr. Omer Iqbal Pasha has been one of the leading brokers in the securities industry in Pakistan. He is the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pasha Securities Private Ltd. In addition to this, Mr. Pasha is a director at Prime Capital Management (Pvt) Ltd. 

As a distinguished stockbroker, Mr. Pasha has held various leadership positions in the Islamabad Stock Exchange such as Director, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman multiple times. Moreover, he has been a board member at other leading capital market institutions such as National Commodity Exchange Ltd, National Clearing & Settlement Company of Pakistan Ltd, and JCR-VIS credit rating agency. Mr. Pasha has in-depth strategic knowledge of M&A processes and challenges through his leadership in M&A deals of private and public companies. He takes pride in his utmost integrity and ethical standards. As Chairman of the ISE, he resolved long-standing legal battles, simplified business processes, and introduced modernization of operations. 

Mr. Omer Iqbal Pasha received his Commerce degree from the Hailey College of Commerce, University of Punjab. Furthermore, he received higher education through extensive security training programs at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission. In 2004, Mr. Pasha was one of the leaders that were hand-picked to attend the National Security Workshop at the National Defense University alongside leaders representing the senate, national & provincial parliaments, district nazims, bureaucrats, and senior armed force officers.
